Oxford Atomic Ltd. aims to supply products to the increasing needs of global Atom Probe Tomography labs worldwide. Products include high quality accessories and software as well as expert consultancy to support research needs.
Oxford Atomic has been established by four academics at the University of Oxford’s Materials Department with a combined total of over 30 years’ experience in working in a dynamic Atom Probe Group.
We aim to support fellow researchers in the field by providing products for protection and transport of samples, unique software tools to analyse users’ data, and consultancy/advice services for new centres seeking to set-up characterisation capabilities using Atom Probe Tomography.
